Cam's sayings:
After a long day of swimming, I'm trying to get Cam to hurry and finish his cookies and milk so he can go to bed.
I look at his tired eyes and say, "Cam, you look like a tired guy to me."
After a moment, he puts down his cookie and says, "Well, I should look like a full guy to you too."
I told Ana to bring Cam upstairs wake me up early this morning this morning so we could get everybody showered and dressed and make breakfast before Jonah woke up. At around 6:30, two bleary eyed kids came up the stairs and wake me up (my kids reliably sleep in until 8 or 9 usually). I said, Ana, "I was thinking like 8 am!" Cam looks at me and says, "I'm weayee tie-ohd!" I put them back on the couch to sleep for another hour.
Cam's eating the Father's Day breakfast and looks up and says, "When is it going to be Brother's Day?!.... oh wait, is Sister's Day next?"
We were watching a movie and Cam comes over and rubs my belly and says,
"How did Elsie come out of your belly?"
I give him the easy quick version.
"How did she get out when she was so big?"
I told him it hurt, but it worked out okay.
"'Cause I REALLY want to be a baby and go back in your belly."
After a moment, he rubs my belly again,
"Yah... I really want to live in your belly and be a little baby."
Cam is very funny.... both "Funny ha-ha" and "funny peculiar".
I hope Jonah had a great Father's Day. He is really the best. I had to keep telling him to try and not help out today because it was his big day.
