Cam graduated from Joy School! It was a major event. Here he is with fellow pupil and dear friend Heath (Heaf).

Ana graduated from 1st grade. Jonah went with her on the end-of-the-year field trip and got this great photo. Jessica is on the left. Vanessa on the right. Ana's boyfriend Nathan's head is on the right above Vanessa (he's everyone's boyfriend).

For a celebration on the last day of school, we took the kids to my mom's neighborhood to visit all sorts of new baby animals: week-old puppies, two-week-old chicks, and this super-cute kitten that became instant best friends with Elsie. Here they are kissing.

For Memorial Day weekend, our friends came down from SLC. They have a 3-year-old girl Kaittles and a 2-year-old boy Willy. Cam loved having a little buddy for the hikes and playtime.

Those boots need to be retired. Walking fashion faux-paux, but we can't help but love him.

I wasn't privy to this little performance, but they look fairly coordinated.

I want to capture Ana's teeth every week because they are amazing. She also let me put those pink foam curlers in her hair last night. I used to have to wear those EVERY Saturday night and I am so excited to pass on the painful tradition.

Elsie started walking!!!! Finally!!!! It's about as cute as it gets. According to Cam, "Elsie! You look like a monkey... you sound like a monkey... and you SMELL like a monkey!" Now, she walks like a monkey. Except, she doesn't wave her arms above her head while she's walking. So cute on those skinny legs. Plus, she thinks she can talk, so she answers all of our questions with long, complex babbling sentences. She's still a naughty baby, though, and is always throwing food on the floor when she's done and whining with loud monkey yelps. 18 months is around the corner, and I'm hoping she'll follow our family tradition and grow out of all that when the day comes.
